Delete your LazyCook account and data

This page covers LazyCook (customer), LazyCook Franchise and LazyCook Rider, operated by LazyCook, a unit of All and More Hospitality. You can request deletion here without downloading or reinstalling any app, signing in to the website, or paying a fee.

Email contactus@lazycook.in with the subject 'LazyCook account deletion request'. Include the app name and your registered phone number or email so we can identify the account. The form below prepares this email in your mail application. You must send the email to submit the request. Never include a password, OTP, payment-card number or banking credentials.

Alternatively, updated apps provide Request account deletion under Privacy & account deletion: Profile in the customer app, More tools in the franchise app, and the privacy icon on the rider Home screen. A request submitted inside the app receives a support-ticket reference.

Our support team verifies account ownership and contacts you about the request. We may need to resolve an outstanding delivery, refund, business access handover or dispute. We confirm completion once the request is processed. A request alone does not mean that your data has already been deleted.

Deletion removes or anonymizes your account profile, saved addresses, authentication access and associated personal information no longer required for service. Required transaction, invoice, tax, security, fraud-prevention and unresolved-dispute records may be retained for their applicable legal or operational period, with restricted access. Older backup copies expire under the normal backup retention cycle. Ask support for the retention reason and scope applying to your account. Temporary account disabling is not treated as completed deletion.
